Secretary of State for Social Communication Mr. Mericío Juvinal dos Reis ‘’AKARA’’ today’s by signing the Condolences book at the Chinese Embassy in Díli Timor – Leste on Tuesday 6th of December 2022, to express His sincere condolences to Former Chinese President of the People’s Republic of China Comrade Jiang Zemin that has passed away due to leukemia and multiple organ failure in Shanghai at local time 12:13 pm.on Nov.30,2022 at the age of 96.

However, H.E. Embaixador People’s Republic of China to Timor – Leste DR. Xiao Jianguo, describe the perfil about Former Chinese President to H.E AKARA, Comrade Jiang Zemin was an outstanding leader enjoying high prestige acknowledged by the whole Communist Party of China, the entire military and the Chinese People of all ethnic groups, a great Marxist, a great proletarian revolutionary, statesman, military strategist and diplomat, a long-tested communist fighter, and an outstanding leader of the great cause of socialism with Chinese Characteristic.
